ORDER

• All our products are shipped from South Korea.

• We ship worldwide with EMS/USPS and all shipping fee will be calculated based on the country and the weight.
• We will ship your parcel within 7-10 business days, depending on the order situation, it may take an additional period of time.
• Pleas note, processing times do not include weekends and holidays.
• EMS Tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available. In the US, parcels come from Korea to our New York office, and then it is shipped via USPS.

CUSTOMS

• In the US, there are no customs duties or additional costs for orders.

• Prices specified on global websites are exclusive of taxes, duties and fees.

• International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.

EXCHANGE/RETURN

• All sweaters and inner-wear items that can be considered underwear are final sale.

• If you would like to request an exchange or return, please leave a message on the Q&A board or send email to STOFENEWYORK@GMAIL.COM within 7days of delivery include the information of below.
    - NAME AND ORDER NUMBER
    - THE REASON OF AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND
    - IF DEFECTIVE, PLEASE SEND US EMAIL OR POST TO Q&A BOARD WITH THE IMAGES OF FAULTY PART.
• All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original package and name tag.
• In the US, returns and exchange will incur a fee of $30 for round shipping, and other countries fee is $60.
• Please do no ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.

• We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order.
